Crowning of Snowball King and Queen

On Saturday, January 16th the crowning of snowball king and queen was held. This year’s King and Queen are seniors, Andy Lohmann and Veronica Rottinghaus.

Andrew Lohmann is the son of James and Michele Lohmann. He has been involved in NHS, Scholars’ Bowl, and the school play for three years. As a four year member of Art Club, Lohmann is currently an officer for his senior year. Andy has been on the Forensics and football teams for four years. He also has been on the honor roll all four years.

Veronica Rottinghaus is the daughter of John and Mary Rottinghaus. She has been a part of Scholars’ Bowl, Forensics, the school play, and drill team for four years. Rottinghaus has been on the KAY board for four years, serving as president the last two years. Veronica has been in STUCO for three years and an officer for two. She has been involved in SADD and volleyball for two years. As a three year member of NHS, Rottinghaus became an officer for her senior year. She has been a class officer for all four years. Rottinghaus has been in band, track, and cross country for one year each and yearbook for three years throughout her high school years. She is an eleven year member of 4-H. Veronica has been on the honor roll for four years.
