The NVHS drum line performed with the drill team on February 19 and 22 at the half time of the varsity boys' games. They played a total of five cadences. The cadences were Bass Drummin’, Dreaded Locks, Rock You, Energizer, and Traffic Jam. The drummers chose and rehearsed the cadences that were played. The drill team routine was choreographed by members of the team. The drum line is directed by Mr. Dirk Colgrove and the drill team is coached by Mrs. Theresa Stienlage.
